He has experience in bringing projects to the market from the land acquisition through sales completion on various international property development projects in Canada, Spain and also Belize.
Tom is a Managing Partner at Indigo, is in charge of the residential division and maintains active involvement in early stage development planning and advisory and well recognized for his ability to work with architects to ensure floor plans are functional, that common areas flow well and ensuring material and interior choices are high spec.
He is a Rockfish partner (one of Thailand's best restaurants as voted by Thailand Tatler) and a well known International DJ who performs every Sunday at Laem singh beach, at a fantastic sunset party known as SoundWave Sunday.
Nickis the founder of Indigo Real Estate and has been its driving force of the International expansion and the development of its global distribution strategy.
After several years at Geelong Grammar School in Australia, studying alongside many Thai students Nick moved to Hong Kong in 1991 following four years a full-time snow skier and four years stock broking in Melbourne.
In Hong Kong he was a stockbroker since 1991 in Hong Kong with Robert Kuoks (Shangri La hotel group) Kerry Securities that had a major presence across Asia then as a director also in HK with French owned Indosuez WI Carr. After founding his own company he built a network raising capital for hedge funds and entrepreneurs before becoming Chairman and co-founder of Strategic Capital Group that invested in a number of internet based companies including a large cosmetics company.
Seeking fresh air and a move away from corporate life he moved to Phuket and founded Indigo Real Estate with Canadian Tom Travers. Indigo has subsequently gone on to become the foremost luxury real estate company in Asia with a focus on brand name resort property with interests in Phuket, Krabi, Koh Samui, Bali, Vietnam, The Seychelles, Argentina - all idyllic beautiful destinations with first class real estate that all offer value - something that 90% of today's large real estate markets do not offer.
Nick as publisher of the Indigo magazine which just launched its third edition with 15,000 copies, wrote much of the magazines content and took many of its photos. He is an avid painter of wild large canvasses and a patron of the arts through Galerie Martini, one of Asia's leading contemporary art galleries that he co-founded in 1997 in HK. Today Martini shares space with Indigo in a superb loft space at the luxury retail destination, The Plaza in Surin Beach and continues to promote talented International artists.
With Bangkok based artist Budis they have written and produced a kids book called "Princess Sausage, an Island life" about his dog who was a stray from Surin Beach. All proceeds will go towards PAWS and Soi Dog Foundation.
Nick is based in Surin Beach Phuket, drives an old army jeep and can be found off the beach in high season aboard Leylai, a superb teak and mahogany power boat that he charters.
RoongtipSenior Accountant, has over 11 years experience in accounting, with a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking. She handles all company accounting and internal audits.
Her career has been real estate based working developers, contractors and project Managers such as Christiani & Neilsen, Thai New Zealand, Worley International and Projex Andaman.
She loves gardening and enjoys seeing her garden full of flowers especially orchids and is an avid eco-tourist.
PaiCreative Manager with a master degree from Chulalongkorn University in communication, graphic design and photography is the Indigo's creative force. He's working on new media initiatives and creative marketing strategies for international campaigns. He is an accomplished photographer and is coordinating multi media production including TV and Video shorts.
Pai also take responsibility for the creation and production of the Indigo magazine and the in house publications.
